A Journey through Yucatan

Mexico is perhaps best known for its ancient Mayan and Aztec ruins, vibrant colonial cities and endless sandy beaches. The influence of the Spanish is evident throughout Mexico, especially in the grand churches they left behind. Mexico is also home to indigenous Mexicans such as the Tzotzil Indians who still practice their traditions in small villages such as San Juan Chamula. A visit to Mexico would be incomplete without taking time to enjoy the food, best experienced in small eateries and street food stalls.
